As I sit here typing, I am thinking of the loooooong list of things that needs to be done here. As the impending move to another new state is there on our horizon I'm a little nervous, but also a LOT excited. To possibly be closer to all 3 of our kids and the lives they 'currently have' or 'are trying to fashion in the next year to 3' it would be a real perk to be less than 12 hours from ALL 3 of them!!
So, now this DIY'er has much to do to just 'get-r-dun' around here so the house can bring that all exciting price that the realtor says 'it's worth'!!
